Build the Future of Sustainable Construction with Quantum Passivhaus

Quantum Passivhaus is a Passive House Institute (PHI) certified manufacturer of high-performance prefabricated building envelope systems based in Minden, Ontario. We design and manufacture advanced panelized building systems used in residential and retrofit projects across Ontario.
As demand for net-zero and ultra-low-energy construction continues to accelerate, we are expanding our sales team to support increased market demand for high-performance building solutions.
Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth and expand Quantum's presence in the residential new-build and retrofit markets. You will receive a steady flow of warm, qualified leads generated through our marketing and lead generation efforts, and you will grow your pipeline further through your own outreach, referrals, and networking. Your focus will be converting these opportunities into signed contracts while serving as a trusted advisor who educates clients on Passive House principles, net-zero construction, and the performance advantages of our building systems. You will work closely with our design, estimating, and construction teams to deliver accurate proposals and a smooth client experience from first contact through the early stages of each project. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with significant earning potential for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a performance-based environment.
